Dill Salmon

Ingredients:
one salmon steak, wild preferably
black pepper
salt
garlic powder
dried dill
1 tbsp corn oil
1 tbsp butter or margarine

Preheat oven to 400F.

Line a baking pan with tin foil and pour the corn oil onto it. Place the salmon pan.
Sprinkle the fish with the pepper, salt, garlic powder, and finally, the dill. You can be a bit generous with the dill, it looks pretty.
Place the butter on the fish in chunks so when it melts so when it melts, there will be butter all over the top!

Bake for 20 minutes.

Notes:
Okay, so the recipe called for onion powder, but I didn't have any of that.
Also, after about 5 minutes in the oven, I lowered the temperature to 375.
