General Tso's Chicken

Sooo. I've been forced to post about my cooking- stuff I haven't done in like forever. I kind of was busy with academia and my social life that I didn't have time to cook; instead I had to eat really bad four dollar meals from this place at school. Anyways. Here's this really delish chicken dish that I made. I kind of cut stuff, and my picture looks totally different than the one on

Mine looks a bit darker, but I don't really know why. Hahahaha. Anyways. I forgot to add the green onion, you don't really need it, but it's always good to have some vegetables in your cooking, right? Oh, as for the chicken in bite sized cubes, don't worry too much about how large/small it is. It'll work out. :D. You'll also need a lot more corn starch to coat the chicken; this really depends on how much surface area you have on your chicken. I'd also like to emphasize the fact that you need make sure that the chicken isn't too over-saturated with egg before you put it in the cornstarch; otherwise, your cornstarch gets all soggy and it won't be as crunchy when you fry it later.

That is all. :D.
