Baking Bacon

bacon (always need more bacon, amirite?)
baking pan (can be shallow)
cooling rack

preheat oven to 400 degrees.
lay bacon strips onto cooling rack, its better not to let them overlap
let cook in oven for about 13 minutes

you can also line your baking pan with aluminum foil (why did/do they call it tin foil? was it at one point actually made of tin?) but i don't know how the impressive amount of fat and grease would drain away from the bacon

this is a great way to make bacon without getting grease all over your stove and your hands and arms. also, you can just put it in the oven and leave it unattended.

PS: do not coat bacon in worchestershire sauce

  1. Well, if you want to, you can dunk the bacon in Worcester sauce. It causes the bacon to burn faster on the sides and still be rawer on the sides.

This is my first comment! My first sign of existence on this blog! I'm supposed to cook... sometime soon. And an introduction will come with!
