Pita-zza

Ingredients (enough for three servings):
1 pack Trader Joes Pita Bread (6.5 inch diameter 6 pack)
1 pack Trader Joes Volpi Gourmet Pepperroni
1 large log of Trader Joes Fresh Mozzarella
2 cans Tomato Paste
1 tbs. Garlic Powder
2 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tbs. Dried Oregano
1 tsp. Dried Basil
1/6 cup Water

Hardware:
Cutting Board
1 Baking Sheet
Aluminum Foil (enough to cover baking sheet)
2 Ziploc Bags
1 Spoon

Instructions(for one serving):

1. Cover Baking Sheet with Aluminum Foil and place in oven. Preheat oven to 400F.

2. In one Ziploc Bag, combine Tomato Paste, Water Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Dried Oregano, Dried Basil, and Water and mix thoroughly.

3. Slice 1/3 the Fresh Mozzarella into thin pieces; there's no need for them to be uniform or exact in any way. Put the remaining 2/3 in a Ziploc Bag and in the fridge.

4. Smear a generous amount of tomato sauce on 2 pieces of Pita Bread then place the sliced mozzarella on top of that. Top with 7 pepperronies on each piece of Pita Bread.

5. Place Pita Bread on the preheated cookie sheet and bake for 20-22 minutes.

6. Let them cool for 3 minutes then cut, if desired.
