Pineapple andacoupleotherjuices Chicken

2 or 3 slices of pineapple
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano (dried)
1 tsp galic powder (i'm going to try garlic salt next time P:)
Unknown amount of orange juice (explain later)
2 skinless chicken breasts

Here is where i got the original recipe from...made a couple of changes.

1 cup of potion:
Drain the pineapple of juice. Then add lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, and garlic powder. Here you should be short of a full cup of marinade. This is where i added orange juice to make up the difference but i would suggest using more pineapple juice if possible.

Pour half of the marinade into a shallow bowl (to soak chicken). Poke holes in the chicken with a fork (if you're feeling vicious >:D) and then place in the marinade. Pour the rest of the marinade over the chicken and then cover and place in the fridge for 15 minutes (i'll try longer next time).

Start the grill. Grilling is awesome. I almost vinced myself when i lit the grill this time but so it goes. Put the chicken and the pineapple onto the grill and cook the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side. I cooked the pineapple for about 3 minutes each side (mine wasn't defrosted all the way) and placed them ontop of the chicken for the duration of the cooking time.

Just a note: eat the chicken with the pineapple on top. Tastes wonderful together.
